Warranty Coverage

Kuycon monitors purchased directly from kuycon.it are covered by a limited warranty. The warranty period depends on the type of customer and purchase.

Consumer purchases: private customers are covered by a 2-year warranty from the delivery date, in accordance with European consumer protection rules.

Business purchases: purchases made by companies, professionals, or customers using a VAT number are covered by a 1-year warranty from the delivery date.

Shipping from Italy

All monitor shipments are dispatched from our European warehouse, located in Italy.

When the monitor is in stock, the order is shipped within 2 working days. If the product is not in stock, we clearly indicate the estimated shipping lead time before purchase.

Product Returns

Return conditions depend on the type of customer and purchase.

Consumer purchases: private customers may return the product within 14 days from the delivery date. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the full amount paid during the order will be refunded.

Business purchases: purchases made by companies, professionals, or customers using a VAT number may be refunded for the total amount paid, minus the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

Official Kuycon Service Center in Europe

kuycon.it operates the only official Kuycon service center in Europe, located in Italy. This allows us to provide direct technical assistance, repairs, and after-sales support without relying on external repair networks.

We keep all necessary spare parts available for Kuycon monitors, allowing us to diagnose and repair products quickly. Our goal is to reduce downtime and return your monitor in the shortest possible time.

Pixel Defect Policy

ISO 9241-307 Class I compliant

Kuycon monitors are manufactured to meet ISO 9241-307 Class I standards.

Under this policy, a display may have up to 1 bright pixel, 1 dark pixel, or 2 stuck sub-pixels per million pixels.

However, kuycon.it provides stricter coverage: if your unit has more than 1 defective pixel of any sort per million, it qualifies for replacement under our Limited Warranty.

Covered Defects

The following are considered defects covered under warranty:

• Failure of critical components, including power supply and video inputs
• Severe display faults, including permanent lines, major back-light bleed, and significant colour distortion
